Dr. Wan main research interests lie in the study of understanding the mechanism of drug addiction, neurodegenerative disease and airway remodeling disease. The focus of Dr. Wan’s research program is to define the role of RACK1 in drug addiction, neurodegenerative disease and airway remodeling disease. The ongoing research project is: The bidirectional regulation mechanism of RACK1 on bronchial epithelial cell damage repair process of airway remodeling in asthma and the intervention effect of macrolides. This project is supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China. Dr. Wan has published 70 refereed papers, including 22 SCI papers; 16 papers by the first author (correspondent) SCI.
