张霁,四川大学基础医学与法医学院,法医学教授,博士研究生导师。

主要从事法医遗传学研究。近五年重点关注法医DNA分析领域疑难生物检材问题,包括指纹等微量DNA分析、腐败降解生物检材的DNA分析、三人以上DNA混合物分析,以及微生物在个体识别等法医实践工作中的应用研究和亚洲人群的祖先信息遗传标记等法医学问题。包括:1. 微乳滴PCR的法庭科学应用研究。2. 新型遗传标记的开发及法庭科学应用研究。3. 微量、降解DNA等疑难DNA分析体系研究。4. 涉及亲缘关系、微量、降解的复杂混合DNA分析研究。5. 微生物DNA条码的法医学应用研究。

2015年以来,作为项目负责人,承担国家自然科学基金重点项目2项,面上项目2项,科技部国家重点研发计划子课题1项。

任国务院学位委员会特种医学学科评议组(第七届)成员;中国遗传学会法医遗传学分会委员;四川省科技厅学术与技术带头人后备人选;四川省卫健委学术与技术带头人;四川省法医学会第六届理事会常务理事;四川省司法鉴定协会法医物证专业委员会主任委员;四川省公安厅外聘法医鉴定咨询专家;川渝司法鉴定专家库专家;成都市司法鉴定协会副会长等职务。
