研究方向:
(1)心脑血管疾病的防诊治:研究血管内皮细胞结构和功能的调控机理,重点聚焦于血管内皮细胞泡沫化的系列现象的分子机制及临床意义,致力于心脑血管疾病的诊断与治疗新技术开发。
(2)微循环障碍及其治疗:研究脓毒症、脑出血损伤、脑缺血损伤的微循环障碍机制,山莨菪系列药物(氢溴酸山莨菪碱、氢溴酸樟柳碱)治疗的机理。
(3)肿瘤微环境及其干预:研究血管内皮细胞在肿瘤微环境演变中的作用,旨在设计新的肿瘤治疗策略来对抗肿瘤转移和耐药。
