【科研领域】

从事病原微生物群体基因组学、病原菌耐药机制及适应性进化机制相关研究。结合群体遗传学、微生物学及感染免疫研究,探讨病原菌的起源、传播、致病及耐药性等重要临床问题,促进对病原菌的预防、诊断和合理用药。相关成果在 PNAS,Nature Genetics,Nature communications, Lancet Infectious Disease,J Antimicrob Chemother 等国际一流期刊发表。
