研究方向:肿瘤耐药机制与靶向治疗;肿瘤免疫耐受和免疫治疗。指导博士研究生和硕士研究生多名,指导本科生毕业论文设计及大学生创新训练计划项目多项。研究成果以通讯作者或第一作者(含共同)发表在Cancer Discovery, Clinic Cancer Research, J Invest Dermatol和apoptosis等国际期刊上,在Nature Genetic(第三作者,2007),Nature Cell Biology(第四作者,2018)和Nature Communication(第四作者,2019年)发表合作研究成果,总影响因子超过184,被他引超过900次。
